When our company officially began in June of 1994, we had no idea the impact we could make in our landscape community, the outdoor lives of our loyal clients, and the employment opportunities we could afford our staff. We have learned and refined our skills to become a leader in our market and a proud part of our local community.

Mike, Melanie, and Paul (shown here) are all integral members of the Jeff's Outdoor family and have helped to shape these core values. But we're proud of all our staff at Jeff's who do their best to represent these values each and every day.

Jeff's Outdoor began when an enterprising 14-year-old decided to turn paper route customers into lawn care customers. Jeff started with one mower and never looked back. If only he had invested that money back then...
Jeff is currently passionate about overland adventures, working remotely and coaching business leaders to new heights.
Paul has been with Jeff's since the beginning. In fact, he's the second person Jeff hired. His main role is maintenance operations, but we have a hard time keeping Paul from getting his hands dirty.
Paul has spent years maintaining hundreds of properties and he does so with passion and with pride. Jeff likes to talk, but when Paul has a story going about his kids, no one gets a word in edgewise.
Alan joined our team full-time in 2017 after working independently as our landscape designer for the previous 10 years. He has an extensive background in residential landscape design and also spent years working and designing golf courses.
Alan and his wife Trish love to relax in their cabin up north; like all of our staff, the outdoors is where they feel most at home. We suspect it's that peace and tranquility that inspire Alan's best ideas.
Sherry started by running one of our Horticultural crews for years. She's now the Maintenance Administrator for Summer and Winter. Sherry and her husband Peter enjoy spending time with their grandson Noah. Touring north to cottages and camping are their favorite adventures.
She also enjoys scrapbooking, gem art, paper quilling, sewing, and building with LEGO with Peter and Noah. Sherry is fond of frogs and pieces of her collection can be seen around the office.
Tracy has worked at Jeff's Outdoor since 2022, but honestly, being married to Jeff is probably the real full-time job. She enjoys family time and has loved becoming Grammie to her five beautiful granddaughters.
Lately, Jeff has talked her into Overlanding with their Jeep and dog Gus, and traveling to remote places across North America. When you show up at our offices, Tracy will be the smiling face that greets you at the door.
